👀Once this answer to the prime question ” Who Am I? ” is received and assimilated in our personalities ….the purpose of life to KNOW THYSELF is complete.

Life is AS IT IS. ” I AM ” = SELF is the all pervading being in all situations=instances=occurrences= thoughts=actions=behaviours=nature.

Recognising that pure self = I AM is the initiation of learning the balance of life.

Situations that require balance are ALL.
* Anything that leads to emotions
Pain, pleasure, fears, insecurities,confusion,depression, jealousy,competition,pride, hate,dominance, control, authority, submissiveness, etc.
* All thoughts because emotions arise out of thoughts
* Every feeling
* Each conditioning

Looking 👀 at that
SELF = SEER = I AM in all the above situations is the start of
L-EARNING balance of life.

Then we come out of every dip and fall, flight or pride. And then this learning makes us move on, move ahead,…. doing our present well and keeping us steady on the path that is life.

A personality is the person inside me. That is ” I ” have a person inside me. This person is thinking, desiring, talking, asking, directing, controlling, sympathising, empathising, demanding, giving, caring, ignoring, relaxing, being in silence, agitated, etc. It is made up of everything. The name of all this is PERSONALITY. Every personality has its own world full of above. It has a few of the above actions=thoughts=ideas=feelings=
emotions regularly and constantly over a period of space and time due to any chance or reason, The world inside becomes conditioned. It forms a few specific traits. It becomes a PERSONALITY. Thus this life=nature=situations has many types of personalities. These different personalities have many and unique set = combination of traits …conditioned attributes. And it is said as there are
TYPES OF PERSONALITIES.

Life is AS IT IS. The outside scenes in…. life = nature are not saying anything. It’s our inner movie that speaks. Our thoughts make a movie inside us. Our thoughts speak. Life=Nature is AS IT IS. NOTHING MORE… NOTHING LESS. NO THING GOOD… NO THING BAD. NOTHING IS RIGHT NOTHING IS WRONG.

As in this picture, the scene=situation is still = As it is.
What is moving is our thoughts! Our thoughts are a big trail of thoughts and are called thinking pattern. Our inner movie is a thinking pattern. Same thinking pattern over a certain period of time becomes our ” mental conditioning. ” Thus we decipher outside scene=life=situation=nature according to our conditioned mental pattern,developed unknowingly in the past due to ignorance & urges & also because of our five senses perceiving the outside scenes=life=situations=nature.

Reflect on your inner movie of thoughts, recurring and forming a mental pattern… Thus Conditioning!!
AND CONDITIONING DENIES CHANGE..

OUR mental conditionings🌫 don’t help anyone to change. Thus our outside world🌁=life=nature is dependent on our INNER WORLD = our MENTAL CONDITIONING= our THINKING TRAIL PATTERN!! 💭💭
